It worked very well

Purchased a dell 27 monitor. Great price, cheapest around. Very fast processing and delivery. Free next day delivery by dpd. Not used then in a while. Don't remember them being this efficient.

All-round great experience. The store and checkout process was very easy to use, e-mails and tracking provided throughout, and when the package arrived the next day it was really safe and secure; inside a big outer box with plenty of that air pillow packaging stuff.

I've been a Scan customer for more than 20 years and I've rarely had reason to look further... they're always keenly priced, always pleasant to deal with in person, and on the few occasions when there's been a problem they've always dealt with it promptly.

One of the better places to shop hardware. If not everything, they always have almost everything, prices are always competitive and very often best(better than amazon!). Checkout process, turn around time, delivery are always top notch. Scan offers everything one might want - no non-sense service, no waste of time, best prices!

Another successful purchase from Scan: a new graphics card. Great price on sale, easy-to-use website and free next-day service. Have bought PC components over a number of years and a complete system; always had excellent service. Prices are very competitive and I am happy to support a UK company rather than help to put a US billionaire into space!
